HT800 silicone sponge

HT800 is a medium density, fire safe, UV and ozone resistant silicone sponge ideally suited for HVAC systems. HVAC systems are a major sub discipline of mechanical engineering, based on the principles of thermo dynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer. HT800 resistance to UV light, ozone, extreme temperatures and flames, enables consistent performance in all environments. With a compact cell structure, HT800’s unique formulation provides enhanced sealing performance to resist penetration of fine particles and wind-driven rain. Available in grey or black, compliant to BS6853, EN45545, NF F 16-101, flame resistant to UL94 whilst also working effectively up to IP66. HT800 silicone sponge is an ideal solution for any HVAC requirement.

BF1000 silicone foam

Compressibility, softness and durability allow BF1000 to adapt to various environments, making it ideal for sealing or cushioning applications. Excellent memory and low stress relaxation reduces maintenance costs associated with gasket failures due to compression set and softening. The softness of BF1000 allows designers to use less force to seal enclosures and still protect their device from the environment whilst the high compressibility characteristics allows the material to conform to variable width gaps and awkward shapes, thereby allowing engineers more design flexibility. Supplied in White and manufactured in continuous rolls, compliant to BS6853, EN45545, NF F 16-101 and flame resistant to UL94, BF1000 is the ideal solution for the more complex HVAC requirements.

BF2000 silicone foam

BF2000 Ultra soft silicone is highly compressible silicone foam. The combination of low weight and softness makes this flame retardant material suitable for transportation, industrial and electrical applications where low closure force and dust sealing are critical. . The additional softness of BF2000 allows designers to use less force to seal enclosures and still protect their device from the environment whilst the high compressibility characteristics allows the material to conform to variable width gaps and awkward shapes, thereby allowing engineers more design flexibility. Supplied in Black and manufactured in continuous rolls, BF2000 is compliant to BS6853, EN45545, NF F 16-101 and flame resistant to UL94.
