PORON® Urethane Foam

CB Frost are a preferred UK convertor of the Poron Urethane range of materials and have a relationship with Rogers corporation extending over 30 years.

Poron Urethane offers the flexibility required by designers to solve their pressing problems, from a gasketing, cushioning and sealing perspective.

A semi-closed cell material with excellent compression set resistance, low outgassing and non-fogging properties provides sealing solutions in a wide range of industries and applications.

Features and Benefits of PORON® Microcellular Polyurethanes

PORON® Cellular Polyurethane foams offer a broad range of design solutions for gasketing, sealing and energy absorption. Low compression set and low outgassing features make these foams ideal for applications in telecommunications, automotive, electronic, and other industrial market segments.

PORON Polyurethanes are flexible, high density, microcellular products that offer design engineers many outstanding features. PORON foams maintain excellent resistance to compression set, exhibit high resiliency, provide good vibration damping and impact absorption. Parts made from PORON foams continue to perform after constant
and repeated deflection. Components will not loosen and gasketing integrity will be maintained.

KEY FEATURES / BENEFITS

Excellent compression set resistance for durable,long-term performance.

Low-outgassing prevents component fogging, corrosion, and embrittlement.
