Our grade of Class O is a light weight, closed cell flexible insulation foam is available from stock.
We keep a range of thicknesses, see table below and it can be supplied as full or part rolls, in multiples of 1mtrs (subject to thicknesses). Class O PVC/Nitrile foam can be cut to size or shape on site using a sharp Stanley blade and with its unique microcell structure (Armacell grade) it makes the foam easy to install with no additional vapour barrier requirements.
The built in Microban protections and excellent fire performance make Class O suitable for use in public buildings and process industries.
Adhesive Backed Armaflex Class O Insulation Foam Sheeting
We have a selection of adhesive tapes which can be applied to class O foam. Our tapes have been tested in house and in applications over several years. For more information please contact our sales team.
Lead-times
Our lead-time for supply/dispatch of plain rolls or sheets is usually 1 to 2 days. Adhesive backed product is typically 7 working days, however CB Frost are flexible and work with our customers to ensure we meet their expectations.
