HT800 silicone sponge

HT800 silicone is a medium density, fire safe, UV, Ozone resistant sponge, and has excellent compression set and compliance to Fire, Smoke and Toxicity (FST) standards such as BS6853:1999, EN45545-2 and NFF-16-101. With a compact cell structure, HT800’s unique formulation provides enhanced sealing performance to resist penetration of fine particles and wind driven rain, whilst also working effectively up to IP66. Manufactured as rolls and available in either black or grey in a wide range of thickness’s. HT800 silicone sponge is a perfect solution for sealing gaps.

BF1000 silicone foam

Compressibility, softness and durability allow BF1000 silicone sponge to adapt to various environments making it ideal for sealing gaps. Excellent memory and low stress relaxation reduces maintenance costs associated with seal failure due to compression set and softening. The softness of BF1000 silicone sponge allows designers to use less force to seal whilst the high compressibility characteristics allows the material to conform to variable gaps. Combine this with its compliance to Fire, Smoke and Toxicity (FST) to such standards as BS6853, EN45545 and NFF16-101 and its working ability to IP65/IP66, BF1000 is a perfect solution for the more complex of gaps. Manufactured as rolls this material is available in white and in a variety of thickness’s.

BF2000 silicone foam

BF2000 Ultra soft silicone is a highly compressible silicone sponge. The combination of low weight, softness, memory and compliance to Fire, Smoke and toxicity (FST) standards as BS6853, EN45545 and NFF-16-101 makes this UV and Ozone resistance material suitable for variable gaps and awkward shapes. BF2000 is supplied in black and manufactured as rolls in a variety of thickness’s.

MF1-55 silicone foam

MF1-55 white silicone foam is used for its superior resistance to compression set and ability to be squashed into small/large voids then recover to its original fabricated shape stopping the spread of smoke through ceiling/panel compartments. MF1-55 features exceptional compliance to Fire, Smoke and Toxicity (FST) standards, including ASTM E662, ASTM E162, BS6853, NFF16-101, EN 45545 and PN-K-02511. Manufactured in block form MF1-55 silicone foam can be cut and fabricated to meet you specific requirements.

MF775 silicone rubber

MF775 is a grey 70 shore A hardness, low smoke, low toxic, fire resistant solid silicone rubber. The material has excellent ozone & UV properties and being a solid material with no cell structure MF775 won’t absorb moisture and will withstand wind driven rain. Combine this with its compliance to Fire, Smoke and Toxicity (FST) standards BS6853, EN45545 and NFF16-101 it makes MF775 the perfect solution for sealing various sized gaps. The material can be manufacture in 3 formats, rolls which can be slit to width (strips) or punched (die-cut) to form a gasket using our overhead presses. Extruded to shape, from simple U channels to more complex sections and finally moulded.

Please refer to our products section for more information on cut gaskets, extrusions and mouldings.
