Gasket cutting

Our premises house a range of cutting machinery, including die cutting presses, a high speed gasket cutting machine, swing arm presses and laser cutting facilities. Our gasket cutting facilities allow us to produce flat pressed parts of all shapes and sizes, and cater for all quantities, from custom one-offs, to large volume production runs.

Whether you are looking for simple shapes, small and intricate gaskets, or large complex shapes of up to 2 metres long, we have the facilities to suit your requirements. We cut gaskets from all grades of rubber, sponge and foam material in stock.

We are here to help you solve your problems, whether this be finding the right grade of material to suit your application, or supplying pre-laminated gaskets with pressure sensitive adhesives to help with gasket installation. For our advice, you only have to ask!

We have the machinery to easily cut any sheet or roll material into strips, which can be pre-laminated with adhesive to create tapes. Whatever your needs, we have the equipment to cut tapes to the length and width to suit you and your applications.

Rubber Mouldings

EPDM

We can supply and manufacture moulded rubber parts in an extensive range of commercial grade materials, including EPDM, natural rubber, neoprene, nitrile and silicone. Our tooling is manufactured to suit the application, from a single prototype, to multicavity tools to service long running production schedules.

If you need a moulded part replicating, we can work with you to reverse engineer and offer a like-for-like product, choose a new material, or even make improvements. Our technical support team is here to assist.

Sponge and solid rubber extrusions

EPDM

We can manufacture and supply extruded profiles from an extensive choice of solid and sponge compounds, to suit various sectors. Using our expertise, we specify the ideal materials to suit each application.

We commonly make extruded products for applications including window and door seals, connectors, vibration reducing gaskets, tubing and a range of specialist extrusions for rail and mass transit applications.

Fabrications

Our skilled fabrication team can produce bespoke rubber and sponge parts to suit practically any application. Depending on your needs, we can create bonded gaskets from extruded sections, using a range of techniques including adhesive bonding, vulcanised joints and hot spliced joints.
