Closed cell neoprene sponge (CF2)
Neoprene sponge is a closed cell synthetic rubber with similar properties to EPDM and Natural sheeting in terms of its resilience and resistance to abrasion.
Neoprene sponges have a good resistance to oils, whereas resistance to petrol and other hydrocarbons is moderate.
Neoprene sponge sheeting is manufactured as blocks 2mtrs long x 1mtr wide x 45mm thick (approx.). These blocks are then slit down to the desired thickness, for example 5mm and then either joined together to form continuous sheeting or left as sheets.
Our standard rolls are either 5mtrs or 10mtrs long depending on the thickness.
Our thickness range is between 1mm and 40mm as standard or we can laminate together for anything thicker.
