Class O PVC/Nitrile is a lightweight, closed cell flexible insulation foam. PVC/Nitrile foam sheets have a Class O fire classification according to BS476 part 7, good temperature range, and a combination of low thermal conductivity and high resistance to water vapour, preventing long term energy loss, moisture ingress and reducing the risk of corrosion under insulation.

Die-cut gaskets are commonly used for pipework, air conditioning ductwork, hot and cold-water services, and insulation/protection against condensation, amongst a range of other applications.

 

Class O foam sheeting can be supplied either plain or adhesive backed on one side at 1m wide and in increments of 1m long. Please choose your requirements from the drop-down menu when purchasing.

CB Frost use a next day carrier network which will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available a calling card will be left, and you will then have to contact your local depot to arrange for redelivery. Alternatively, we can ask them to leave your parcel safe (at your risk).

For non-stock items please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

Overseas orders will be sent via the most cost-effective method (we will discuss this with you prior to despatch). If there is a delay in delivery, we will contact you.
