MF775 (FR8775) is a grey 73 shore A low smoke, low toxic silicone rubber specifically designed to manufacture rubber components where fire safe materials are critical in application (Rail). MF775 Silicone Rubber sheets have excellent resistance to UV and ozone, combined with resistance to extremely low and hot temperatures (-55ºC to +200°C), making this material suitable for use as a seal in a variety of applications.

MF775 is widely used by TFL on the London Underground as approved to fire safety standards EN45545-2, BS6853 Cat 1A and UL94 V-0 / HF-1.

 

Our MF775 silicone rubber sheeting can be supplied either plain or adhesive backed one side at 600m wide and in increments of 1m long, please choose your requirements from the drop-down menu when purchasing.

CB Frost use a next day carrier network which will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available a calling card will be left, and you will then have to contact your local depot to arrange for redelivery. Alternatively, we can ask them to leave your parcel safe (at your risk).

For non-stock items please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

Overseas orders will be sent via the most cost-effective method (we will discuss this with you prior to despatch). If there is a delay in delivery, we will contact you.
