Based in Birmingham, we supply a vast catalogue of roll stock materials of various thicknesses and widths to suit conversion into applications for practically any industry.
Rolls of all plastics, sponge, foam and rubber can be cut into sheeting or converted into gaskets, seals and washers using our high-precision manufacturing facilities.
We supply sheet materials to provide excellent performance and durability for applications in all major industries, including Rail, Automotive, EV/HEV, HVAC, Aerospace, MoD, Construction, Agriculture, Lighting, and Enclosures. Our sponge, foam and rubber sheeting products meet essential fire safety requirements, including EN45545-2, BS6853 Cat 1A, UL94, V-0 and HF-1.

Adhesive Backed Sheeting
We can apply adhesive tape and laminate to all sheet materials. We stock a wide variety of acrylic and synthetic tapes designed to work effectively with different rubber, sponge and foam materials, ensuring long-lasting adhesion for improved performance. Easy-peel release liners allow for the adhesive backing to be exposed with ease and pressed into place when required.
Our experienced sales team can help you to select the right choice of adhesive to suit not only your sheeting material, but the conditions that it will face. Our adhesive tapes have been tested in house and in various applications, so you can be confident in our advice.
In-House Sheet Cutting and Manufacturing
We have invested in high precision cutting presses to cut roll stock material down to size into sheets to meet customer requirements.
We can also cut sheet materials into strips, washers and gaskets of various shapes and sizes, from simple designs to highly intricate gaskets.
Sheet Material Lead Times
Our lead time for the supply and dispatch of plan rolls and sheet materials is 1 to 2 days. For adhesive backed products, we typically give a lead time of 5 to 7 working days, however, we will always do what is in our power to be flexible, working with customers to ensure we meet their specific needs.
