HT800 sheeting is a lightweight silicone foam with excellent compression set, memory, and low stress relaxation properties. Due to its compression set, it commonly reduces maintenance costs involved with gasket failure.

HT800 has excellent resistance to ultraviolet light and ozone, combined with a considerable low and high temperature range. It’s a material commonly used to reduce shock, isolate vibration and provide protection against dust and moisture ingress.
Typical applications include battery pads/cushions, door, gap and anti-vibration seals, electrical display and lighting gaskets.
HT800 Silicone foam is Fire Safe – approved to EN45545-2, BS6853 Cat 1A, UL94 to V-0 and HF-1 and is approved and commonly utilised by TFL on the London Underground.
We can supply HT800 silicone foam sheets either plain or adhesive backed one side at 914mm wide and in increments of 1m, please choose your requirement from the drop-down menu when purchasing.

CB Frost use a next day carrier network which will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available a calling card will be left, and you will then have to contact your local depot to arrange for redelivery. Alternatively, we can ask them to leave your parcel safe (at your risk).
For non-stock items please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
Overseas orders will be sent via the most cost-effective method (we will discuss this with you prior to despatch). If there is a delay in delivery, we will contact you.
