Armaflex® Rail SD sponge is a flexible, blue, closed cell EN45545-2 fire compliant thermal insulation material. It features a built-in vapour barrier to help reduce the risk of corrosion, which effectively protects mechanical equipment against heat loss and condensation.


Rail SD silicone sponge sheets meet the requirements of the European fire protection standard EN45545-2 and are proven to be a reliable solution for rattle protection and vibration dampening on railway vehicles.

 

Our Rail SD Thermal insulation Sponge sheeting can be supplied either plain or adhesive backed on one side, at 1m wide and in increments of 1m long. Please choose your requirements from the drop down menu when purchasing.

Highlands & Islands are normally 48hrs.

CB Frost use a next day carrier network which will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available a calling card will be left, and you will then have to contact your local depot to arrange for redelivery. Alternatively, we can ask them to leave your parcel safe (at your risk).

For non-stock items please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

Overseas orders will be sent via the most cost-effective method (we will discuss this with you prior to despatch). If there is a delay in delivery, we will contact you.

Standard delivery methods include independent carriers and Royal Mail. Special arrangements can be made by request.
