A lot has changed since our beginnings in 1921, but our drive to provide the best for our customers has not. Whether we are manufacturing intricate gaskets for the rail or defence industry, or supplying sponge sheeting for construction projects, our primary focus remains the same: ensuring our customers receive the very best service, technical support, and product quality.
As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we send out an annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. This isn’t just a box-ticking exercise; it’s a vital tool that helps us understand how we are performing, where we excel, and how we can continue to support your business needs.
