HT800 can be manufactured into seals to suit lighting enclosures, protecting against the penetration of dust and moisture on internal or external applications and sealing effectively up to an IP66 rating.

HT800 is a medium density, low smoke, low toxic, fire resistant silicone sponge, ozone & UV resistant & available in colours grey or black. HT800 features exceptional compliance to Fire, smoke and toxicity and is compliant to standards that include BS6853, EN45545-2 & approved by TFL for use on the London Underground.

BF1000 is suitable for use as an efficient seal for lighting enclosures to protect against the penetration of dust and moisture sealing effectively up to an IP66 rating.

A soft density, low smoke, low toxic, fire resistant silicone sponge with good resistance to ozone and UV and available in either white or grey.

BF2000 is an ultra-soft density, low smoke, low toxicity, fire resistant silicone sponge, ozone & UV, available in colour black. BF2000 is an ultra-soft density, low smoke, low toxicity, fire resistant silicone sponge available in the colour black.

BF2000 can be manufactured into gaskets to suit your lighting enclosure fitting and protect against the penetration of dust, moisture, air or light on indoor and outdoor applications. It has exceptional compliance to FST standards that include EN45545-2 and BS6853 so is an ideal material for sealing lighting enclosures within rail applications.

MF775 (FR8775) is a grey 73 shore A hardness, low smoke, low toxic, fire resistant solid silicone rubber conforming to EN45545-2 and BS6853 rail standards. The material has excellent ozone and UV resistant properties and being a solid material with no cell structure MF775 won’t absorb moisture and will withstand wind driven rain.

MF775 silicone rubber can be produced in 3 formats, rolls which can then be slit to width (strips) or punched (die-cut) to form a gasket using our overhead presses. Extruded to shape, from simple U channels to more complex sections and finally moulded to suit the light fitting you are trying to seal within or outside of the rail vehicle.
