MF775 Silicone Rubber
MF775 is a grey 70 shore A hardness, low smoke, low toxic, fire resistant solid silicone rubber conforming to BS6853, EN45545 and NFF16-101 rail standards. The material has excellent ozone and UV resistant properties and being a solid material with no cell structure MF775 won’t absorb moisture and will withstand wind driven rain. MF775 silicone rubber can be produced in 3 formats, rolls which can then be slit to width (strips) or punched (die-cut) to form a gasket using our overhead presses. Extruded to shape, from simple U channels to more complex sections and finally moulded to suit the light fitting you are trying to seal within or outside of the rail vehicle.
