CB Frost are an established UK manufacturer of sponge, foam and rubber strip.
The materials we covert from sheeting to strip are either closed cell, open cell, semi-closed cell sponge, foam or solid rubbers.
Fine Fluted Ribbed Matting is a 70-shore rubber with narrow ribs running down the length of the roll and a cloth mark surface on the reverse side. The narrow strips give the material a non-slip surface making it suitable for various use on work benches, steps, ladders and floor covering.
Strip or tape is supplied as coils. The length of each coil is based on a standard roll length, fine fluted rolls are 10mtrs long, however we do have the facility to cut rolls into smaller lengths if required.
Coils are packed securely into suitable packaging and labelled in accordance with our customer requirements.
Adhesive Backed Fine Fluted Ribbed Matting Strip
CB Frost can apply a pressure sensitive adhesive to either one or both faces of Fine Fluted Ribbed Matting. We stock a wide range of synthetic and acrylic tapes, our adhesive tapes come with an easy peel release liner which you simply remove to expose the adhesive. This face is then placed on to the substrate and firmly pressed to obtain the bond.

Our lead-time to supply Plain or Adhesive Backed Fine Fluted Ribbed Matting strip 7-10 days, however CB Frost are flexible and work with our customers to ensure we meet their expectations.

CB Frost produce large quantities of Fine Fluted Ribbed Matting strip every year and cater for small, medium and large runs. Our slitting capabilities allow us to offer our customers a range of widths and can manufacture strip 4mm wide up to 1mtr wide in most thicknesses.
Fine Fluted Ribbed Matting strips are manufactured at our site in Nechells, Birmingham based in the West Midlands.
