CB Frost now stock an EPDM rubber to complement our range of fire safe materials.
Our grade of LSLT (Low smoke, Low toxicity) solid EPDM rubber is black in colour and plate/smooth finish. LSLT EPDM rubber can be supplied cloth marked but would be subject to a minimum batch run.
LSLT solid EPDM rubber has been formulated to comply with the European fire safety standard EN45545-2 for rail vehicles.
CB Frost stock a selection of thicknesses, see table below. If you require a non-standard thickness, please speak with a member of our sales team who will be able to help.
We offer a cutting facility; rolls can be cut and be supplied as 1mtr or multiples of 1mtr long sheets if full rolls not required.
Adhesive Backed LSLT EPDM Rubber (EN45545-2) Sheeting
We have a selection of adhesive tapes which can be applied to LSLT EPDM rubber. These tapes have been tested in house and in applications over several years, for more information please contact our sales team.

Our lead-time for supply/dispatch of plain rolls or sheets is usually 1 to 2 days if in stock. Adhesive backed product is typically 7 working days (subject to stock).
