The materials we covert from sheeting to Washer are either closed cell, open cell, semi-closed cell sponge, foam, or solid rubbers.
Washers can be produced in a variety of manufacturing processes including Die Cut, Water Jet Cut and Kiss cut supplied on continuous rolls.
Washers are packed securely into suitable packaging and labelled in accordance with our customer requirements. Additional packing options such as barcoding, individual polybag, and cardboard separation are also available.

Heat cured MF775 (FR8775) is a silicone rubber which cures after the addition of a vulcanising agent and has been specially designed for manufactured rubber components for use within fire resistance applications. MF775 (FR8775) has been tested and complies to the rail standards BS6853 Cat 1A and EN45545-2, R1 [HL2] and R7 [HL2].
Adhesive Backed MF775 Silicone Rubber Washers
CB Frost can apply a pressure sensitive adhesive to either one or both faces of MF775 Silicone rubber. We stock a wide range of synthetic and acrylic tapes, our adhesive tapes come with an easy peel release liner which you simply remove to expose the adhesive. This face is then placed on to the substrate and firmly pressed to obtain the bond.

Our lead-time to supply Plain or Adhesive Backed MF775 Silicone rubber washers is 7-10 days, however CB Frost are flexible and work with our customers to ensure we meet their expectations.
