CB Frost are an established UK manufacturer of sponge, foam and rubber strip.
The materials we covert from sheeting to strip are either closed cell, open cell, semi-closed cell sponge, foam or solid rubbers.
Commercial Rubber compounds are mixed with other polymers as a method of keeping costs to a minimum. This limits the range of shore hardness's available to 60 - 80 shore. Commercial Rubber is hardwearing and suitable for applications such as general seals and gaskets, packing pieces and work benches.
Adhesive Backed Commercial Rubber Strip
CB Frost can apply a pressure sensitive adhesive to either one or both faces of Commercial Rubber. We stock a wide range of synthetic and acrylic tapes, our adhesive tapes come with an easy peel release liner which you simply remove to expose the adhesive. This face is then placed on to the substrate and firmly pressed to obtain the bond.
Lead-times
Our lead-time to supply Plain or Adhesive Backed Commercial Rubber strip is 7-10 days, however CB Frost are flexible and work with our customers to ensure we meet their expectations.
Commercial Rubber Strip Capabilities
CB Frost manufacture large quantities of Commercial Rubber strip every year and cater for small, medium and large runs. Our slitting capabilities allow us to offer our customers a range of widths and can manufacture strip 4mm wide up to 1mtr wide in most thicknesses. Commercial Rubber strips are manufactured at our site in Nechells, Birmingham based in the West Midlands.
