EPDM sponge sheeting is manufactured as blocks 2mtrs long x 1mtr wide at 45mm thick.
Blocks are split to thickness – producing sheets or can be joined to form longer rolls. Our standard roll length is 10mtrs up to 20mm thick and 5mtrs above 20mm due to weight.
Our thickness range is between 1mm and 40mm as standard or we can laminate together for anything thicker.
EPDM is black in colour but there is an option of white, this helps in certain industries where colour could be an issue.
Adhesive Backed EPDM Sponge Sheeting
At CB Frost we can supply neoprene sponge plain or adhesive backed and we offer a range of self-adhesive tapes which can be applied to the material via heat transfer. Adhesive tapes in stock are as follows 21BB, FT666, 8057, 3971, 306, tesa tape 4965 and 23AC scrim. Each tape has its own unique capabilities, high temperature, water resistant, low tac, high tac as examples. For more information please contact our sales team.
Lead-times
Our lead-time for supply/dispatch of plain rolls or sheets is usually 1 to 2 days. Adhesive backed product is typically 5-7 working days, however CB Frost are flexible and work with our customers to ensure we meet their expectations.
