Nitrile rubber sheeting is produced 1.4mtrs wide in a range of thicknesses.
Standard roll lengths are 10mtrs long and rolls can be cut down to be supplied as 1mtr or multiples of 1mtr long sheets.
CB Frost hold in stock a selection of thicknesses, 1mm, 3mm, 5mm and 6mm (other thicknesses available upon request) in a 60 and 70 shore hardness.
Nitrile performs better than other materials in applications where petroleum, oils, aromatic hydrocarbons and acids are present and is widely selected as the material of choice in applications such as fuel pump diaphragms (Automotive), hoses (Automotive/Aircraft) and oil seals (Oil & Gas).
Adhesive Backed Nitrile Rubber Sheeting
Adhesive tape can be applied to either one or both faces of the material, subject to thickness as rubber is not as flexible or soft as sponge/foam materials, the protective liner on the adhesive can become damaged.

Lead-times
Our lead-time for supply/dispatch of plain rolls or sheets is usually 1 to 2 days. Adhesive backed product is typically 5-7 working days, however CB Frost are flexible and work with our customers to ensure we meet their expectations.
