Neoprene rubber sheeting is produced 1.4mtrs wide in a range of thicknesses.
Standard roll lengths are either 20mtr, 10mtr or 5mtrs long depending on the thickness but rolls can be cut down and supplied as 1mtr or multiples of 1mtr long sheets.
Our grade of Neoprene rubber sheeting is a 65-70 shore and available in 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm and 12mm. Other thicknesses and shore hardnesses are available upon request.
CB Frost also offer BS (British standard) and F/R (Fire retardant) grades of neoprene rubber sheeting. British standard grade (BS), known as BS2752 commonly offers enhanced characteristics, flame, water, ozone and require a minimal level of polymer content and regular batch testing.
Adhesive Backed Neoprene Rubber Sheeting
We have a selection of adhesive tapes which can be applied to neoprene, BS2752 and fire-retardant grades of rubber. These have been tested in house and in applications over several years. For more information please contact our sales team.
We only apply adhesive backed tape on neoprene rubber sheeting up to 10mm thick as neoprene rubber is not as flexible and soft as sponge/foam materials and the protective liner on the adhesive can become damaged.
Lead-times
Our lead-time for supply/dispatch of plain rolls or sheets is usually 1 to 2 days. Adhesive backed product is typically 5-7 working days, however CB Frost are flexible and work with our customers to ensure we meet their expectations.
