Washers can be produced in a variety of manufacturing processes including Die Cut, Water Jet Cut and Kiss cut supplied on continuous rolls.
Washers are packed securely into suitable packaging and labelled in accordance with our customer requirements. Additional packing options such as barcoding, individual polybag, and cardboard separation are also available.

Armaflex NH foam is Halogen-free flexible closed cell thermal insulation material. Certified for use in marine environments, rail and military sectors. Also, suitable to use on clean and server rooms.
Adhesive Backed Armaflex NH (Non-Halogen) Foam Washers
CB Frost can apply a pressure sensitive adhesive to either one or both faces of NH Armaflex foam. We stock a wide range of synthetic and acrylic tapes, our adhesive tapes come with an easy peel release liner which you simply remove to expose the adhesive. This face is then placed on to the substrate and firmly pressed to obtain the bond.
Lead-times
Our lead-time to supply Plain or Adhesive Backed NH (Non-Halogen) foam washer is 7-10 days, however CB Frost are flexible and work with our customers to ensure we meet their expectations.
Free of charge Armaflex NH (Non-Halogen) Foam Washers Samples
CB Frost will supply free of charge a small sample of NH (Non-Halogen) foam to your required thickness for testing before committing to an order.
