CB Frost have formed a strong partnership with Armacell UK to be its distributor of Armaflex ZH & ZH-C Halogen free insulation materials within the UK.
Armaflex® ZH and ZH-C are the worlds first flexible closed cell halogen free insulation material to meet EN45545-2 fire protection requirements. Along with Rail SD and SD-C it is the leading and most innovative closed cell thermal insulation available to the railway industry worldwide.
Adhesive Backed Armaflex Rail ZH & ZH-C Sheeting
We have a selection of adhesive tapes which can be applied to plain ZH Armaflex. These tapes have been tested in house and in applications over several years.
Armaflex ZH-C halogen free sheeting comes pre-covered from the manufacturer and has factory applied, silver metallic reinforced coating on the other face for increased hygiene requirements. For more information please contact our sales team.
Lead-times
Our lead-time for supply/dispatch of plain rolls or sheets is usually 1 to 2 days if in stock. Adhesive backed product is typically 7-10 working days (subject to stock).

The material has a built-in water vapour barrier throughout the entire insulation thickness and microban technology provides protection against the development of harmful microbes such as bacteria and contributes to improved indoor air quality.
All Armaflex ZH products conform to the European fire protection standard EN45545-2 and are the first to achieve Level HL2 – R1.

Armaflex ZH-C halogen free insulation provides reliable, long term protection against energy loss and condensation. The material has a built-in water vapour barrier throughout the entire insulation thickness and microban technology provides protection against the development of harmful microbes such as bacteria and contributes to improved indoor air quality.
Armaflex ZH-C products conform to the European fire protection standard EN45545-2 and are the first to achieve Level HL3 – R1.
It has a factory applied, silver metallic reinforced coating for increased hygiene requirements.
